A heating element for a radiator is a heating component that is installed in a radiator (aluminium or bimetallic) or even in a cast-iron radiator. Heating elements are controlled by a thermostat and have two terminals for the power supply and a terminal for the earth connection. The design includes a tube (nozzle) for inserting a temperature sensor. The heating element installed in a radiator has a 1-inch left-hand thread. The heating element is tightened using a 32 mm spanner. A heat-resistant sealing gasket is included in the set.
